Not me...it made me sell my Mark IV Rev A. Now, if R2 sounded anything like the little Mark V:25's Crunch mode, it would be my #1 amp most likely.
 
Mark vI was a plug-in by invitation only. You jokers talking about it like it’s hardware only the hardcore mesa Gibson fanboys got the opportunity to buy it.

I think that pretty much sums it up in a way for sure. Except I don’t think even the dumbleheads were this soft and touchy about their precious amps!

Man, that sounds like it crashed even harder than the Eric Trump Foundation for Terminally Ill Children, operated by Trump's kids, who actually held political positions, which crashed because Trump's kids robbed from it and so were banned from ever working with charities again in NY!

Then again, the Eric Trump Foundation, unlike hunter's laptop, actually exists.

And there we go….c’mon man, lighten up. I’m not a Republican, nor a supporter of Trump but it doesn’t mean Hunter isn’t damaged goods. If we can’t laugh at everything we really are fucked.

I just get tired of openly conservative trump worshipers (especially on these forums) calling out that laptop conspiracy without realizing their hypocrisy there. Apologies for associating you with them if you're not. :)

you sold your rev a for a 5:25? interesting. how did the lead channels stack up side by side at high volume?

I must be the other one. My LP likes channel 3, but my SG shines on channel 2. Like you said, some very nice vintage tones there. To extend this a bit, like the gain structure of channel 3 (with two controls for it). The interplay is interesting and provides a means of fine-tuning the channel.
 
Believe it or not (my advice, don’t), the MK 6 was a failed collaboration between Mesa and Mark Cameron. That’s why nobody has one or has even seen it.

Rev A was thicker, girthier, bolder (due to the big glass/big iron of course). But since I wanted something not to tour with, but for the studio/home, the higher volume was less of a thing for me.
And, the Xtreme mode on the 5:25 is already a bit more in that direction of boldnesss.
