You might want to finish the snorkler and enjoy it first. After building a DCP you wont have any use for the snork

Mine's a Brent Gutierrez version of a Langner he had in his shop with a few extras like a depth control and a metro zero loss loop.
That amp and my 2203KK are the only Marshall heads I've kept over the past 10 years.
I can't give Brent enough props. If mine was stolen, I'd be on the hunt for another 800 for him to do the mod again.
And I quit buying amps a long time ago.
That's how much I love that amp.

Had these pics of a Langner modded Marshall on my computer. I just took the DCP-1 circuit and married it to a Marshall power amp for my heads that I've built

A friend from one of the technical amp forums gave me the layout and schematic for a Langner preamp.

Thinking of building it and playing around with it.

Hope you do.
Years ago (30+?) a bud had his 2204 JMP modded by Langner. It was a beast and sounded great.

@Myasnikov_Custom do you have an actual morin preamp or morin modded Marshall to compare your design/schematics/tone to?

Does Area 51 have UFO's ?
I spent two weeks at Edwards when I was in the Navy doing testing on the (then) new F-14D.
All I can tell ya is they are VERY serious about where you can walk on that base.
There are two red lines about 15 feet apart. You stay between those lines. No joke. Guards with long guns all around.

There was 20 of us from 2 squadrons. The briefings we got before we left were dead serious stuff, and were were advised that we were guests and it was supposed to be a big deal to be invited to go there. We flew from Miramar to Edwards on a military shuttle. Stayed in the barracks and ate in the mess hall the whole time. We couldnt go outside the barracks after 8pm, and had to smoke in this tiny covered courtyard. Had to call home from pay phones that we were told were being monitored. This was "no joke radio" stuff. We couldn't wait to get the fuck off that base and get back to Miramar. We were allowed to talk about it once we got back because there wasn't anything to talk about. We flew sorties(no idea what they did in the air), then fixed and prepped the planes for the next day...just like a regular day in naval aviation.
