The shingles vaccine is administered in two doses and offers long term protection according to that chart and the cute pharmacist I was working with when I got mine.

I did. The mRNA vax carries the instructions that your body uses to translate it into spike protein. The mRNA is encased in lipid nano particles used to deliver it into your body. It goes through your bloodstream and into your nuts.
