I agree.... so you would agree that having LGBT+ discussions at the workplace is wrong? As you said, it's a place for working and performing work.
Why exclude “straight” from that list?

It shouldn't be excluded.

So is that saying you agree LGBT+ and straight sexuality should not be discussed in the workplace? ...you know, as a business owner.

As a business owner, I make sure I have people that are considerate toward one another and don’t act like assholes. This woman, like many of you, doesn’t give a fuck. That’s a problem.

Do you believe all people are equal at the workplace, no matter what race, religion, sexual preference, or gender?

That’s not how I hear her. She wants to be able to say whatever she wants, whenever she wants.
You had me wondering if I missed something so I rewatched, I didn’t miss anything. Everything she said amounted to equality in the workplace. IOW “I don’t expect you to think like me, and I won’t think like you but we can get along”.

Oddly enough, that's how life used to work. Then around 2008, there was shift in the wind. Can't quite put my finger on what it was though..

Yeah, companies and corporations pander to the little mob.

The point of HR is to protect employees. I can’t imagine any business large enough to have an HR department, allowing someone to screen applications in such a way. If she was in HR, she surely wasn’t after that video came out.
Regardless of whether or not you agree with her is not important, human recourses exists to keep views like hers out of the workplace

Let me sum up a lot of the replies here:

"I won't work at a place that won't allow me to be a racist, homophobic, he-man asshole whenever I feel like it".

I'd love to fire you throwbacks. I'd revel in it.

How many assumptions did she say she would make? Within the first minute of the video. She would never be in HR.
