I've personally interviewed and hired a few hundred people of all nationalities during my work life. What is there, basically 6 character types (quadrant mgmt. 100% is accurate and works with these character types perfectly) and this woman, whilst not highly experienced is on the right track with her profiling. Anyone who has hired many knows what she is saying holds water. You dipsticks are clearly inexperienced. NEVER forget...it's easy to hire them and extremely tough to fire them without giving them a $ handout.
I worked in a company of some 60,000 employees and I watched the decline of hiring and firing standards over the decades. If you haven't, you either haven't hired and or you're simply lying.
Unions and HR people were needed way, way back but with companies today it's not mgmt. who are the bullies, it's the workers using the system to extort what they want with very little effort especially when they're paid to supposedly only work in accordance with a defined position description.
