I really like this guitar, but nothing will replace my R7(w/ Tom Holmes), which is the oldest piece of gear in my collection. It plays as well as it looks. These pickups have a nice open tone (especially the bridge). I actually prefer more compression.

Purchased new during the Covid lockdowns on impulse. Pretty much brand new plus you get a case, which these guitars do not come with. I purchased the case new as well.
