Originally the Prog NX was only offered in these two colors as well as natural.
Meh.
Come to find out Guitar Center ordered a special run in red - my fave color - so no brainer.

i think a 6 string Strandberg will be next for me. I love my 8 string, and would like to get a 7, but I don't love the fishman pickups that come in them. The 6 string passives have so many more options

Bummer. Going back.
Gorgeous, and played like butter (all Strannys do) but had a couple of pretty dead spots on the fretboard.
Not sure the body and neck were the best of acoustic matches.

I think you can get made in Japan ones now. I have a Swedish custom shop. It's pretty impeccable without being lifeless. I bought it thinking I'd just use it for shred prog type stuff but I use it for a lot more than that.
