Hopefully not too contentious a subject.
As with so many things lots of important details to their inner workings obscured to those not directly and intimately involved in the fray.
From someone looking outside and far, far away it seems to be working. They've prevailed through the pandemic and attendant supply chain problems and perhaps qualified labor shortages as well (and a fire).
Remember PBG (Premier Builders Guild)? 2009-2016 R.I.P. I don't know all the specifics of their demise.
Only wishing B.A.D. the very best for a long and prosperous journey. Probably more challenging times for them (and most all similar businesses) today then PBG had as it were.
