When ANYONE causes the destruction they are doing people are jailed and have been executed.........what gives them a free pass?

FWIW, not that it matters in the grand scheme of things. I'm basically indifferent. Simple, basic things would be enough for me, IMO.

Uphold all Constitutional rights for all American citizens without infringements, specifically inalienable rights.
More balance of State rights vs Federal.
A near balanced Federal budget with a maximum deficit of < 2% of GDP unless there's a national emergency/disaster.
Secure borders.
Expulsion of all persons in the country illegally.
Abolish Federal Reserve.
Fair tax, graduated scale capped with a reasonable maximum rate (e.g., 20%), no loopholes / accounting games for personal income tax.
Term limits for Congress
Breakup of the two party establishment monopoly.
Require foreign US military deployments longer than 30 days be in accordance with the Constitution, i.e., requires a Congressional Declaration of War.
Universal healthcare with real accountability and financial oversight for all American citizens.
Reduction, breakup, reconstitution of Federal agencies with Congressional oversight and budget transparency: DoD, DoJ, NSA, FBI, CIA, BATFE, etc.
- these Federal agencies require Congressional oversight and accountability to the American people - they are not above the law, and they need to be reminded they work for the American people
