Hell ya . I had the rectifier through the 6505 cab boosted with ts9 with his Les Paul and man it was a real good tone . Tried a bunch of set ups and that one was my favorite

Great setup. JVM and Triple covers an insane amount of ground, soon your student will be fine tuning what they like and eventually be like the rest of us - had to buy that $4000 boutique amp because the 3381Hz frequency is +3DB compared to the Marshall, so it cuts through better!

Where is the triple you all are talking about? I see a 2000s Dual with a multi-watt's footswitch. None less the great imo.
