The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is being ordered to produce 7.8 million free-text entries from V-safe, one of its vaccine surveillance systems.

Data from the system released under court order in 2022 showed that 25 percent of V-safe participants missed school, work, or other normal activities due to post-vaccination issues, and nearly 8 percent of participants reported seeking medical attention, such as hospitalization after receiving a shot.

What this means is that none of the laws or regulations that we count on to protect us from potentially harmful, or deadly, medical products was applied to the Covid mRNA vaccines. The assertion of “safe and effective” was based entirely on aspirations, opinions, beliefs, and presumptions of government employees.

I'm definitely no lawyer but I do know that there are no binding contracts with a minor so I'm not sure they are safe from some form of lawsuit. Perhaps it was rigged up so that employees who were forced to get an injection to keep their job can sue the employer, who will then face an avalanche of lawsuits, and be forced into bankruptcy=more defunct businesses during an already poor economic time. I could be way off base but the thought had crossed my mind.
 
I guess the term mutagen didn't fly so well with the bean counters and marketing departments, so they went with vaccine.
It's an important distinction that should probably be made more often given that they aren't the same thing or work in the same manner.
We don't call dogs snowmobiles just because they're pulling a sled.
