Imagine that! Another hunk of NASA shit will burn up in the atmosphere because it couldn't make it to the moon. I guess no one passed the message to the zoomer pencil pocketeers at mission control; you can't go to the moon. Space travel=not real.

You made it sound like it was a big deal that a private company was making a moon mission. Turns out it was just another bullshit NASA deal. Probably staged also so they can keep delaying the moon mission because you can't go to the moon and they know it but the public doesn't. I'm disappointed, but not surprised, Daniel.

Astrobotics is indeed a private company. Several countries had steak in this mission. ULA that built the rocket is also private.

Plus the upcoming launches from other private companies is creating a new “space race” as it is.

Tell ya what, if Artemis III fails, I will say that I don’t think we will get back to the moon in my lifetime
Unless of course China beats us to it. India and Japan are big players right now too. India got a rover on the moon for like 70mil

NASA had some equipment they wanted to be delivered on the Peregrine, so they were involved. A second collaboration is slated for this November to get a NASA rover up there
