Iran has a complicated history with the US, starting way before the Carter admin. It was about oil and US/British access. In 1953 the CIA fomented a coup and installed their own guy who mistreated the population and they didn't forget that. And in Afghanistan the US supported and trained Osama Bin Laden to oppose the USSR. Even now the US arms "Moderate rebels" (Al Queda) in Syria, and so does Israel. It's all convoluted as fuck. Regardless, the immediate issue is Israel's treatment of the Palestinians. Its an obvious case of ethnic cleansing at the very least. The ICJ says there is a plausible case for genocide. Read S Africa's 84 page filing before you dismiss it. The US is enabling it with taxpayer funded weapons, so I have a stake apart from the humanitarian concerns. I have no clue how people can rationalize the killing of innocent people en masse, but this isn't the first time and it won't be the last.I'm pretty well read on the founding of Israel and events in the middle east I think.
I'm not sure where I saw this, but someone posted it, Maybe here, it's not exactly on topic, but it is insightful.

Bin Laden was a Saudi millionaire and all 911 hijackers except 2 were Saudi. Yet Saudi Arabia now owns LIV golf & the PGA and a shit ton of other companies. Bin Laden also worked for the CIA while the USSR was in Afghanistan.Iran has a complicated history with the US, starting way before the Carter admin. It was about oil and US/British access. Most of this has nothing to do with the current situation either.Iran has a complicated history with the US, starting way before the Carter admin. It was about oil and US/British access. I'm beginning to think his third eye is his butthole. Most of this has nothing to do with the current situation either.
Iran funds Hamas and Hezbollah. Iran is also no friend of the Palestinians. Neither is Syria.
Why not counter specifically what I wrote? Are you unable?I'm beginning to think his third eye is his butthole.

I’m not interested in whether Iran or Syria are friends of Palestinians. I don’t see any nation states as being “Friends” but rather they form strategic alliances. I’m not sure why you brought up Iran, but I wanted to point out that the US and Israel are not innocent in relation to these countries. Most of this has nothing to do with the current situation either.

Can I counter your copy-paste BS with more copy-paste BS ?Why not counter specifically what I wrote? Are you unable?
I’ll take that as a “Yes”Can I counter your copy-paste BS with more copy-paste BS ?

My point is if Iran and Syria are supporting a group that could factually be called an enemy, it stands to reason that Israel isn’t just fighting Hamas ( aka Palestine) they are fighting Iran.I’m not interested in whether Iran or Syria are friends of Palestinians. Are you aware that Israel had a role in creating Hamas? And as recently as 2019 Netanyahu is quoted as saying that if you oppose a two-state solution, you need to continue supporting Hamas (Because who can negotiate with “Terrorists”)

That’ll do it ?Far better than a two state solution is just to piss the lot of the Palestinians into other Muslim countries and be done with it.
No they don’t. They don’t say that at all. That’ll do it ?
And by the way, the Israeli government could give a shit about the hostages. I don’t think they want them back, because those that do come back say shit like they were treated well and they were scared of getting bombed.
I’ll get you sources. In the Meantime look up the hannibal directive. We still dont know how many people were killed by friendly fire on the 7thNo they don’t. They don’t say that at all.
