Excellent condition. Includes original box and manual. No issues. Powered via 7-pin MIDI cable phantom power or 9-18V AC/DC power supply (not included).

No, it's just a MIDI foot controller that tells other MIDI devices what to do. It would be used with a separate switcher/effects unit/etc.
