Just watched Knock at the Cabin

Watched this new M Night movie today. I didn’t care for it. Just kinda meh.

I do like some of his movies though but this one sucked.

I agree, I wouldn't say it sucked, but yea it was meh..... I did prefer "Old" though, not bad. At least there was a good twist with "old".

Yes, Old was pretty good. His newest "Trap" was not universally liked but I enjoyed it.

I didn't like "Trap" much. It just didn't have that M. Night "feel" ya know. I wasn't left intellectually stimulated like I was with "old, village, sigs".

Knock at the Cabin could have been much better is IMO. Plot is sick!

As it wore on I started to get bored. Ending was fucked up but not sure if in a good way or a bad way.

agree, concept was rad, started good, but then got silly, and again did not have the M. Night "twist" or "coming together" as his better films did. I did read that He signed a multi year deal with warner bros or another major film company and has more films coming. Look forward to them. I think He's my fav film maker.
