1. Police, if they find out a repeat suspect *Insert your average inner city unessential citizen (Inner city filth) as I call them* has been jailed and released for the same offense > 2 times, they are allowed to use deadly force.
2. Police, if they apprehend any suspect that has a firearm, without a license, or the serial number scratched off, they are allowed to execute on site.
3. Police, if they find any illegal alien, of any age, without documentation (Including Women and children) they are allowed to execute on site.
4. Civilians, allowed to drink and drive, but if you cause an accident, which causes any sort of bodily harm on another, or death of another, police are allowed to execute you on site.

LOL

What ya got? Let's clean this fucking country up and and help out Trump. I'll compile a list of these and we'll submit them to the White house in January 25 and Trump will sign them into effect.

License to have a gun is ludicrously unconstitutional.

You mean you think you should be able to have a gun without a license? I'm not saying I disagree, just never thought of it. I'm smart enough to know, I'm the last person that should have a gun. I would like a shotgun for the house though.

You already don’t need a license to own a gun. And in the majority of states you don’t need a license to carry one.

As for shotguns, get a Mossberg 500. And take a couple shotgun courses.

Yes, a license is required to legally own a shotgun in Massachusetts.

the constitution makes no reference to needing any licenses or permits. probably a state level requirement

Absolutely a state level requirement. Considering the state I’m not surprised.
In the free states you fill out a 4473, background check on the National Instant Check System and leave with your firearm.

I think this is the plot for Robocop 3
LOL. Media is coming down hard in my town on the PD for brutality. I don't think there's enough brutality for the filth they deal with on a daily basis, and believe me, I'm the last one to defend cops.

We're reaching levels of edgyness this world has never seen before.

Watch ya fingers.

I was at the new Bass Pro Shops today to check out shotguns and It was pretty amazing. You walk up to the counter and scan the QR code to get in line. This allows you to do your other shopping while you wait. I ended up buying a soft fluffy pink coverall hoodie for my wife for xmas. About 10 minutes later I got my notification. While I was talking shop at the gun counter I realized the guy that was ahead of me just wrapped up his purchase after background check so yeah. It was like 11 minutes for him total.

When I was young, before the Brady bill and the NICS, you didn't need anything to buy a shotgun or a long gun. You walked into Walmart or wherever, picked your shotgun, filled out a 4473 and left with your gun. Handguns were different. You had to go to the sheriff's office and fill out an application for a permit to buy a handgun, then come back in 10 days after they ran a background check and get your permit and go to the store and get your gun. And when you went to the sheriff to apply, you had to already know which handgun and have the serial number. So the Brady bill made everything a lot easier except that now you have to do a background check for long guns.
