It looks really great. Sounds awesome. Think Im going to sell my run of the mill SD1, sounds thin by comparison. Wayne included some nice bag swag also. Will definitely buy his stuff instead of big corporate. ?

Congrats man! Wayne's SD-1 (Boris in my case) is an amazing sounding pedal!

I just started using mine along with a Keeley Blues Disorder, both set with volume up and gain down, into my Marshall mini Jubillee. Sounds phenomenal and great gain layering.

Got mine today as well and just fired it up! This is my first SD-1 and I was concerned it would cut too much bass, but man it just sounds killer and there is plenty of control to get it just right. Thanks so much Wayne!!

Received mine yesterday as well, looks and sounds really awesome, and there was no dong on the bottom, yeah I checked......
Mine came in Monday. No purple dong on the bottom either. Just a dickprint where Wayne rubbed his junk across it. I think that's where the magic comes from.

I bought them all. Muuuwahahahaha. All kidding aside. This is the best SD1 style boost I’ve ever tried.

I'm looking at snagging one of these in the near future to replace a plumes on my board that boost my lightspeed. Are the custom colors/designs just a first come first serve thing on certain runs? Also, kinda curious about the voicing compared to a SD-1 ... I see a lot of people here saying its thicker, or doesn't cut as much bass .. is something being done to impact eq or is the removing of the buffer just making it not as bright? Any insight helps - thanks!

Wayne is the music maker and dreamer of dreams. Me and @mentoneman have his Gladio clone and it rules! I also scooped up his pultec EQ/spaceman equinox clone. A killer unit.

The circuit is the exact same ........ it's just made with top quality ( Vishay ) parts ..... and the PCB was laid out by me so the buffer has been removed and the ground plane greatly improved ...... which equates out to the sound difference between mine and a stock unit .

you can order any color combo you want as long as you pick from what is available to me .....

right now in stock ..... I have a blacked out version ... and a glow in the dark version ...

I'm still thankful for the text you included on the PCB showing me where to put the battery.
