6p3s and 6n2p-ev

Anyone know these tubes?

They came in my new Crab amps fro Ukraine.

Any sound difference to 6L6/12AX7?

Wonder if i will get different sounds if i switch to normal tubes (to me)?

There is a switch to switch from 6n2p-ev to 12AX7

Specifically thinking about the Mark amp

Do not ignore that switch when changing between the preamp tubes. The heaters are connected differently between the two preamp tube types.

No comment on the sound.

I think the Red Bear amps use the 6n2p. Mine sounded pretty badass to me before it died. I remember there being a simple mod to switch to 12ax7s and a lot of people did it, I think because of ease of sourcing them here.

Hey, how is that Marcus from Crab? You went full gusto on the 100w and it was still a reasonable price. Very interested in this amp builder.
