Well, thanks for the feedback and constructive criticism. My little game is the largest and most technical game ever conceived utilizing what equals to parallel constraints of 1980s non vector two-dimensional and parallax processing technologies while also being entirely put together by a single individual. Although, I did have to write lighting and audio scripts specific to work properly with modern plugins. So, I suppose not 100% 1980s. Speaking of audio; The soundtrack is pretty bad ass, too. Don't worry, there's a place for you in it. Thanks for the positive comments! I'm glad that you're excited about it's release!

So, I know this was supposed to release today, but I am having a technical issue with a script that's going to push the release back until I can get it resolved. I apologize to those who have been waiting patiently, but until I can fix it to stop crashing, I will have to postpone. Worst case looks like sometime toward the end of next week as I have to go through every map and repair the issue as well as the script itself that's causing it. If anyone has any interest in helping go over the base game for beta testing (spoiler alerts!) and looking for glitches or things that seem out of place I can get that setup for them on Tuesday while I work to resolve the errors. Again, apologies and sorry for any inconvenience, but promise this will be sorted and posted asap. Thanks for understanding.

Getting there. Had a bit away from it which gave me ideas that of course I had to try. Funked up a part of it and added a mini game, so about halfway through rewriting a script and about 5-7 days I would guess. It's been too cold out to go into town or go outside much, so I promise I am working on it at the same time I'm nerding on the forum.

I have a few things on it left to wrap up when I return home and am setting the release date as 1/17/25 (next Friday). It is free to any member who donated in the St Jude charity raffle and will be released for Windows PC followed by other platforms at a later date. As of the moment the continuing chapters are set to be released on 4/20/25, 6/9/25, 9/9/25, 11/11/25 and 12/25/25. If you are interested in contributing music, beta testing, etc... in future chapter releases, just let me know as this game revolves around the community and would be fun to collaborate with more members!
