The laws that don't apply to Christians generally are the ones concerned with clean and unclean food and making blood sacrifices etc because that is the old sacrificial system and laws that apply to Judaism. The other laws that identify what is sin still apply. This is obvious from the New Testament. Certain accomodations were made for Gentiles who don't practice Jewish ceremonial law. Laws identifying sexual immorality are still relevant to Gentiles. Sin is sin. The old Testament identifies sin and sexual immorality will always be sin in the Bible.
The New Testament doesn't say we can live as we please - otherwise there is nothing to repent and be forgiven for. That is not the case is it.
