Dude, the majority of gay men don't have HIV. 67% of those with HIV are gay men, but at best about 20% of gay men have HIV.

It shows a majority of HIV incidence occurs in the gay population, not that most gay people have AIDS.
I literally do not know how else to explain it to you.
(Incidentally most of those gay men with AIDS are Black/Latino, and not white.
What social/cultural considerations does that raise, do you think?)
