Not true. There has to be reasonable suspicion of a crime before you have to produce ID unless you are talking about a Terry stop which falls under a very specific set of guidelines. Granted, for all intents and purposes any cop, anywhere in the world, can do whatever they want. Beat the rap but not the ride and all that.

If you aren't an American citizen, or at least here legally, you have no rights. If you came here illegally, you will be apprehended because you committed a criminal offense. Kinda like Mexico or Canada would to me if I jumped their border willy-nilly.

If he was harboring illegals then he becomes liable for aiding and abetting. That's how the law works here. If he was rounded up accidentally as a potential illegal, then the system should correct the problem. One outlier hardly makes it "ICE breaking those rules", it's just you being kinda dramatic.
