They will have to dock @ a repair facility for repairs which will take them "off station" in the Med and another Carrier will have to cover the HST's duties which affects the HST operational rediness thats a BFD in the NAVY. Somebodys getting fired.
I deployment rotation is usually 9 months. Mine was 15 months.
Not easy to get another CV ready for Sea real quick.
