Not gonna lie, I checked out after Countdown.

It all ended FOR ME, after Rust In Peace. Countdown did not appeal to me....but I hated the black album too, which is apparently a no no...

Nothing against them, I am glad they still put out stuff and they kill Metallica as far as latest output quality. But I listen to so much stuff, eventually stuff just gets book ended so to speak. .

Not that my opinion matters.

Got to see RiP tour and it was awesome!
Countdown, just like you said, and I think it was just like the Black album. But more angry, haha.

Something about System has Failed You that I really got into. Songs fucking ripped.

But when it comes down to it, I’m a live guy.
Love listening to One Night in Buenos Aires.
