Well anyone with a CDL has a legal limit half of what everyone else has. And if you get a DWI you lose your job. The minimum 10k on a lawyer to get you undone is probably another solid deterrent. It's like the threat of prison as a deterrent for murder. And I promise you this is true otherwise I'd have a long list of mother fuckers that better run and hide.
