Illegal aliens are not citizens and do not have constitutional rights period end of story. The Federal laws already on the books is very clear about this. They are getting that due process under Federal Immigration Laws that are on the books and were on the books under Autopen Biden and they are now being deported under those laws in addition to being branded possible terrorist under the Alien Enemies Act.
