So you're looking for bass and drums who can harmonize? Or also second guitar? Seems like most Los Lonely Boys material is unison harmony so if you can find someone who can sing decently, the parts shouldn't be too much work to nail down.

If I were gonna start a band like that, I don't care what the drummer does. He just needs to be in the pocket and dependable. I would love to find a killer bassist/vocalist like Dug Pinnick from Kings X. Then find another guitarist to really lock down the harmony and layered 2 guitar approach.
