When does it become trolling spam?

OT is certainly fraught with differing opinions and debauchery. The back and forth is what makes OT the wild west. But when an unhinged member does nothing but post memes and links trying to discredit something that makes that unhinged person angry, and then refuses to engage in any sort of dialogue with the majority of the opposing views because, like a scared little schoolgirl, that unhinged member has blocked most of the opposing views, when do those posts just become trolling and spam?

I was thinking about posting a similar thread, but decided against it. His posts are a bit spamey, but as of now aren't too intrusive. It's also a little entertaining watching the decent into madness. He's pretty much blocked all but what; like 4 members. So he's just shy of literally being the old man yelling at clouds. He may just eventually burn out or completely self implode in spectacular fashion. I just know I don't want to miss the complete meltdown where he has to be wheeled out on a hand truck.
