Honestly you hear what "experts" had to say about it on CNN/MSNBC and other woke libtards like the ones at TGP and its just a joke and they are a joke.......


Same "experts" with the same conventional thought who have led to shit jobs, the destruction of financial security for the average American and offshored out manufacturing jobs in exchange for nothing but financial misery for the average American..... same "experts" that lead to the mishandling of the pandemic........


These retards who have been in charge for 100+ years and brought our economy and country to where it is now....... never again...... never again will America be at the whim of these so called "experts" and "academics" especially the liberal arts ones that are utterly useless and have absolutely zero value or bring any they pretend to bring......



As projected here the tariffs wouldn't have a major effect on inflation and inflation hasn't been affected, jobs numbers are good, unemployment is below 5%..... only those crying wolf see problems but overall the economy is stronger than it's ever been before.

Americas non-negotiables in the trade deals......



American safety and security from Fentanyl made by Chinese chemicals, making their way to America through Mexico/Canada. Americans are under attack and if in China selling drugs is punishable by up to death why do the Chinese continue to make the means to produce Fentanyl and harm American lives that are leading to real and tragic deaths amongst our youth that shouldn't be happening.


American financial security for the average American, it's time America stops blind Goodwill for the sake of Goodwill blindly at the cost of the average Americans standard of living. How long are Americans supposed to standby and have Skid Row in every neighborhood be the new norm and suffer any lower standard of living in general.



Maybe everyone won't get exactly what they want out of the deals either but something has to be done and steps and compromises must be made to achieve these goals in general not just for Americas benefit but for the benefit of it's partners like India, Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam, South Korea, France, Germany, Britain etc etc etc through deals that make sense for all and in honest and real talks.


If these countries such as China want to actually have free trade then why don't they act as they say....... have actual Free Trade, open up your markets to the US or some sectors and reach a compromise. Why pretend Free Trade has been going on when other countries have had tariffs on the US for ages now and the US hasn't on them until relatively recently. They have pretty much had access to the worlds largest economy and markets with no strings attached....... and taken its manufacturing and good jobs with it too........



For all the talk of Free Trade and how great it's been supposedly it's never really existed and what President Trump is proposing is actual REAL FREE TRADE...... you'd think these Free Traders would be open to it but apparently they want to continue with the status quo Fake Free Trade and business as usual vs The Presidents REAL FREE TRADE.

I mean a lot of how I look at a lot in the world is influenced by this man and others such Jim Slater and the other British Tycoons of the 60s and 70s like Sir James Goldsmith.....

Many times in such situations as these I think "what would they do.".......

And maybe it makes sense to some and maybe it doesn't to others but usually for me that type of mindset and perspective provides the best possible options IMO.
 
Tarrifs may seem like a "Dark Bribe" or unconventional but they get countries to the table to negotiate that want access to the worlds largest economy, surrounds China with our partners/allies, devalues the dollar to attract investment and makes moves to move the needle in the direction and interest of the average American.......


Tarrif, Stick-Up at gun point or a "Dark Bribe" for access to the worlds largest market in the US for those who are open to Real Free Trade or call it what you want but it brings results and the President is bringing results.

That was always annoying for me. I would mention something about the economy or stocks and then someone report me for hating on Biden. Also, threads get locked all the time anytime something is the least be interesting. Someone posted how they didn't like Steely Dan and even that thread got locked. I do like Steely Dan (the old stuff) and thought it was an amusing thread. But no, can't have that. I haven't been on that site since I joined here.

Well, as I said, I'm a fan. I just found it funny that a lot of people hate the band. There were some amusing responses in that thread. Some people called them a boomer band, etc. One of my friends said that when he hears Steely Dan, he imagines being in a bar at 2 AM with smoke being blown in his face. To each their own.
