But no one has bought it yetLike nobody has ever sold an amp shortly after they bought it. Especially not here.....

Yeah because nobody starts threads on the amps they just got and love around hereI think this is proof that the reissues were very successful. If they were awful or bad people would still be talking about them because of how awful or bad they were. But because they actually sounded really great, everybody is just happy and content and playing their amps.
If they separated a IIc+ and IIc++ for reissues I bet they do the same with dual and triple recifiersThink they'll do a reissue triple too?

My Mesa's love sitting on plush carpet!Per the sale of plush carpeting being down from 2021 to 2022 by nearly 9 percent I'd say MESA sales numbers are also in decline since the two seem to be intimately tied together. Probably why they packed it in and sold to Gibson.
Beautiful carpeting and amps!!!My Mesa's love sitting on plush carpet!View attachment 401383
I’ve been thinking about taking a drive to check it out.GC has one in the used section ................. it's a sign
if I was close enough I would .....I’ve been thinking about taking a drive to check it out.
Ya, the IV does have a IIC+ mode. It's pulled presence, triode, harmonics... I think?? Probably closer than the V's IIC+ mode. With that said, I still want a IIC+Hey now, Howard the Duck was pretty good -- much better than his move, The Phantom Menance.
I think the problem is, so many guitarists already own a Mark something. In my case, I have a IV. I hear my IV and it sounds good and I figure it's "close enough" to the C+ thing. My amp even has a C+ mode, just like those Mark V's do. People don't want to spend 3K on another amp that is very close to their current Mark series.

I'm not sure how many "iconic" amp models worthy of reissue Mesa actual has after the Recto and IIC+...Thoughts?
