Not a whole lot has changed really. Main Street a bit and we cater a bit more to tourism than we once did, but overall it’s a small town the same it was always a small town.
Actually since Covid we have more second home owners than we used to, which means more homes sitting vacant most days of the years. Shocking crime is still low huh?

better keep that to yourself so the invaders don't find out!

Cosplay at the protests...Carmen Colado is her name and her mom is here illegally. What a dumb cunt.

No one is afraid of these low-testosterone soy cucks...

Hahahaha!!!!!

Hahahaha!!!!!

Let me get this straight... this dude is recording himself crying over a movie and this is now a trend?

Movies don't get me all torn up, but if they did the last thing I would think is "hey, I should grab my phone and post my pussy ugly cry on twat-tack."

I for one am more than happy President Trump is doing this........

The madness needs to end, there arent a lot of good paying jobs in SoCal anymore thanks to rampant illegal immigration, while the cost of living rise and standards of living lower...... nvm the rampant violence and terror on full display.......

Nvm good jobs like In-N-Out that used to be competitive in pay are no longer so thanks to Governor Newsom favoring mainly illegals vs Americans like raising the wage of Illegal Burger Flippers and fry makers at Jack in The Box and Fastfood places to 20$ an hour doing away with what were once considered great jobs that paid well like In N Out or even some office jobs....... 20$+ an hour used to be better than decent pay in CA....... nvm they depress/lower wages since they want to work for much less money than your average American.....

Now 20$+ an hour is garbage pay thanks to Governor Newsom...... The Governor has simply taken the dignity away from these once good paying jobs and taken dignity away from American citizens in favor of illegal immigrants.......

At what point do you stop continuing to shove your own citizens aside having them walk knee deep in it.....for others benefit not even from here or citizens, taking advantage, abusing the system, milking opportunities of actual citizens from here......

Thats a real conversation to have and illegal immigration is at the core of that very real conversation.....

Nevermind the BS, this is what Americans voted for.

is it normal on here to have your content rejected because it is too "spam like" whatever that means?

Well, the housing market is trending downward, which is good news. The government response to Covid created this temporary illusion that housing was going to keep rising. People can't find tenants now to rent those 2nd homes, thus they go back on the market. We're at the highest inventory for sale since 2019. A good time to be patient if in the market for a home, and offer much lower than the ask.
Do you think people buying homes these days just realize you can have a nice, modern, trendy house built ground up for the cost of what some boomerdump costs and are just buying new? I went on a road trip recently and checked out some trendy-ish towns/cities and there was a lot of development, it dawned on me that it makes no sense to buy some 50 year old 1600 sq ft house for 700k when you can just have something new built for the same with better/trendy amenities.

This should be the end for Gavin. You might be left leaning and even hate Trump but if you support illegal immigration you are on the wrong side of this. Just look at Sweden, Germany or Austria for examples of open border policies. Even Obama was against it. What has changed? The only way Dems, with their terrible policies, can win future elections is with a deal with the devil.

Now Gavin is supporting violent protests and the looting of his city? Good luck with that. How many west coast cities are going to put up with this nonsense? We have already lost Seattle and San Fran to this bullshit.
You are forgetting that Californians are retarded.

The Berkshires is the "Hamptons" of MA. Very rich and bougie area. Not exactly representative of the rest of the state.

I’d say Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard is more like the Hampton’s than the Berkshires.
We are more of a bedroom community for NYC.
It’s almost the biggest county in the state by area and one of the lowest by population, so it’s largely undeveloped and pleasant.
A few towns have some old money in it, but I wouldn’t say it’s all that much less depressed than many other counties

It's not Brockton, it's not Chelsea, or Fall River/New Bedford.
What i'm getting at is the scope of your anecdotal stories is pretty narrow out there.

The scope of my stories is to share something I have experienced. Some people discuss things that actually happen to them and not just headlines they are angry at

Your experiences in the least populated county in the state, are atypical.
Funny you mentioned Martha's Vineyard- the very same place that used the military to expel illegal immigrants when they showed up. Where was the outrage then?

My experience was actual experience. Not sure anyone else has shared any of those yet.
