"Conspirocy to commit civil disorders" is that even a thing ?

Govt gonna have a hard time in court.

That chick who got it by the truck, did she kick the truck as it was going past, and take a dive? Hard to tell

Where do you think all these people in the US have come from? Do you not notice an insane increase in the amount of traffic/people in your home town over the past 10 years? The US has been below replacement rate since around 2010.
I live in a super rural area and even I can see a massive increase in the number of people around over the past 10-15 years.
It's AT LEAST 20 million, probably more like 30 million over the past 20 years.

We are a tourist town, so we always have influxes of people. We’ve had a huge boom of new residents since Covid but they are almost exclusively NYC people that can afford a second home in the mountains.

We also had the first pot dispensary in the area which absolutely flooded our town with people for a couple years, but now that surrounding areas are opening them too, traffic has quieted down a bit.

Our district has been talking about building new schools for a few years now and the state is actually predicting a decrease in students over the next decade or so.
I don’t think I really agree with that, unless they are considering the trend of elderly and 2nd home owners to continue.

Do you think people buying homes these days just realize you can have a nice, modern, trendy house built ground up for the cost of what some boomerdump costs and are just buying new? I went on a road trip recently and checked out some trendy-ish towns/cities and there was a lot of development, it dawned on me that it makes no sense to buy some 50 year old 1600 sq ft house for 700k when you can just have something new built for the same with better/trendy amenities.

I actually did not know that because I read that the cost of building a home was more expensive than buying an existing home. I guess it depends a lot on location. I know that speaking in general about real estate is kind of dumb, as locations vary so much for obvious reasons.

I wish we could go back to the day when Sears mailed you homes!

This video sums a few things up
Does some things in it remind you of anyone?
Also LOL at the clip of the dude getting hit with the rubber bullet. I could put that on repeat and laugh all day.
