Maybe we should talk about what “due process” is with respect to American civil procedure.

There’s due process and then there’s….due process…. I have seen so many abuses of power over the years that I really don’t have much faith in due process…. Thousands of videos on YouTube showing this constantly. And I’m no thug lover either. How can raping children not be a federal crime but having so many grams of coke, crack or meth is? Chomos have tons of child rape porn and get 3 years fed time and a fuckin retarded crack head who was born an addicted crack baby gets a 20 year mandatory minimum sentence for a first time offense…

So the “due process” for immigration is a well established procedure in the USA. One goes through the port of entry at the borders or via correspondence with INS prior to entry whereby one is given a temporary permit for scholarship, business or vacation.
That’s the process!
That’s what everyone must go through.
What you don’t do is break into the country. At that that point since they didn’t even try to follow the process they get instantly deported. …also part of the process due for violators.
It can be likened to going to a movie theater, whereby everyone must wait in line to purchase a ticket or do so online beforehand. What you don’t do is break into an open window on the rest room.
Bypassing the process only gets one arrested and jailed…also part of the due process.
What’s so hard about this?

Started with emergency powers granted to Lincoln during the civil war and was never given up. Rarely does anyone ever give up power. No there is a “process” due for illegals. It’s called deportation. That is the process.
Due process doesn’t mean you automatically get day in court to stand in front of a judge…. Nope. It doesn’t even mean that for a traffic or parking ticket.
