They were given that land by UN charter. Prior to that Israel was non-existent. Almost immediately four or five countries declared war on Israel and when they lost, Israel gained land. Rinse, repeat, period.

I don't agree with him but HIS reasoning is consistent for what he believes. He's arguing that striking Iran will prevent future greater conflict, that's a salient point but not one I agree with. That's all.

Yes, a UN charter that was finally gained after forcing the issue by importing millions of people illegally. Kind of like the democrats were hoping to make voters out of the millions they imported illegally except they had to walk here whereas jewish elements hired boats and brought them there themselves. How about a little consistency?

I enjoy the discussion. It took me a long time to deprogram myself from thinking Israel is a chosen nation or people, neither of which is true in any way. God rejected them as a nation which is why elements within Judaism reject the state's claim to legitimacy even though they live in it.

I don't think they're chosen people. Not at all. In fact if some other country had the balls and the power to take it from them that would be that. I wouldn't be crying for the rest of the world to force that other country to give it back.

Just because the sahara desert is unoccupied doesn't mean I can just willy nilly go there and establish a state. People, muslim and christian arabs, that were living there had titles on land dating back a thousand years, showing a rightful, legal claim to the land. So anyone responsible for seizing what did not belong to them is a thief and someone who instigated the problem. Israel is a criminal state in the eyes of the law and in the eyes of the Lord.

There were over a 1/2 million jews living on that land prior to the UN charter too.

I don't think that you do, but most of the protestant Christian world has been sold that idea. I believe jewish people have a right to exist safely but they do not have a right to a nation within the holy land. The bible is clear on that. They defied their own Torah and are now reaping the whirlwind. It's a complicated topic because I get it, many of them were just hoping for a state they could be free from persecution. My beef is with the Israeli government who I see as the same sort of criminal enterprise our own deep state is. They are joined at the hip so us getting involved is no surprise to me.

Yes and most of those were brought in illegally after WWI, against British white paper which was the law at the time thus angering the arabs who were living there. They created a problem that the Brits could no longer control.

I'm not ignoring this post, I think my response to the previous post covers this one too. They are there now. Israel belongs to them. They don't care if we think they have a right to defend their land, they're going to regardless.

Yes, and when you make poor choices the normal result is to reap the reward of poor choices. The people behind the zionist movement made poor choices and this is the result they have netted. I do agree, it can't be expected that they are booted from the land but none of it should've been allowed to begin with!!!

You are talking about striking Iran to prevent greater conflict in the future. Imagine if we had this mentality post WWI. It would've actually prevented the situation at all.
