I’m reading and playing through all my GWs in order at night .
July 84 is the first time they put a metal band on the cover . Yngwies first article as well !

First tab they had was the solo only to Kid Charlemagne . Idk weird facts I know lol
 
Speaking of Rob, I watched a video on the tortured fame of Jani Lane and how his former wife said a lot of his drinking issue were from dealing with being raped by a rock star. He wouldn't name names, but some people did some sleuthing and the only 2 rock stars that were around the city he was in when it supposedly happened were Paul Stanley and Rob Halford, and with the things that were going on at the time with concerts, locations, etc, they said it was unlikely it was Paul Stanley. Take from that what you will.

Lane died cuz he was an alcoholic, that alone will kill you. RIP.

Ive read the same thing, only I didn't read about Starchild, it was Rob's bodyguard if I remember, not Rob himself...

Well, one is a metal god, and the other is a rock star. So..
