Yeah, that's exactly what I said dude. I have gay relatives and I am quite aware that is the case FFS. But if you don't think there are fruitcakes out there trying to do it you're fucking crazy. I personally know a lesbian bitch who dresses her 4 or 5 year old son up in a dress.

Yea that’s probably it lol

I’ve said this countless times already, but why not once more.
I do think it is in part for the kids, but to be honest I think often times it’s for the parents too. Half the reason I half no interest in ever going to one is the insufferable parents that will be there who probably only went so that they brag to their friends about it.
I do not however in any way shape or form think it is for the performers to get their rocks off. That’s just fucking stupid

There are also no shortage of examples of kids thinking they are trans or non-binary when they aren't because it's been made to seem "Cool". There are people who had gender reassignment treatment as minors and when they got older realized it was a huge mistake that has now ruined their lives. So let's not pretend there aren't people trying to manipulate children into thinking they can be whatever they "Feel" like being when they are clearly too young to "Feel" like being anything other than fitting in with other kids or their friends or whatever.

It might have been. There are a lot of schools out there and shit happens. If that was the case fire the staff member who brought it in, don’t ban the book.
To me elementary means k-4, with middle school being 6-8. I wouldn’t be butthurt about it being in a middle school because as I’ve said, the only people who would read it are the people who need it.

Why do you suppose the performers do it ? What is it do you think they get or are trying to accomplish by doing drag in front of very young children ?

I'm not insinuating anything, I'm genuinely asking your opinion.

This isn’t the only program in town that reads to children. There are countless organizations that do that. This one just happens to dress in drag. To think they are the ones with ulterior motives is ridiculous.

I don't know man. Some 12 or 13 year olds sure. I was younger than that the first time I had sex, but as an adult I don't know that I would have wanted my 12 year old daughter reading that at school.

The fact that they feel the need to dress in drag while they do it is absolutely for something else. It’s not a book about giving head. It’s a single page in a very large book. That page happens to be about how the author and friends used to talk about sex with eachother

Because dressing in drag is what they do. That is how they perform. That is their character
 
Saying that reading to kindergartners while in drag is indicative of some ulterior motive isn't ridiculous Dan. It may not be true or in your opinion it may not be true, but it is definitely not a ridiculous assertion. It's not a normal fucking thing to do.
 
Reading to kindergartners dressed as Scooby Doo or something, that's appropriate. But a bearded dude in a dress ? That is at a minimum very confusing don't you think ? Those kids are gonna ask questions. And they are entirely too young to be worrying about why Butchie's dad wears a dress don't you think ?
