It's actually working out pretty well. I've been under budget on gas and groceries the last several months. My retirement accounts have grown more since the beginning of this year than the last 4 when Biden was in office.

Same. Acceptance/Bad Brains was trying to support Nutsack's assertion that prices have risen under Trump which stems from his support of one of Charvel Dan's dumbass drive by posts last night. I was trying to explain that if anything things are better for me now, regardless of what their situations are. It's like first they'll point to one thing, say the stock market, then when the market shoots up and you point out your portfolio is stronger now, they shift to some other barometer. Like say the price of eggs, or the price of Chinese steel. It's really a pointless circle jerk.
 
working out great, so good that I resigned and retired early, on July 7, 2025, several months earlier than I had planned (2026); which is still years away from my full retirement age
