I was never a big fan but I watched this concert the other day and I thought the guitar player had some good tones.....I know Incubus isn't metal but the song writing was interesting and had some heavy parts.

A Marshall and Vox amps:

Extremely talented band. Thanks for posting it - no need to for the “isn’t metal” disclaimer. Don’t ever tiptoe around the mullets.

Always thought they were a very talented/good band just a little out of my wheelhouse. I was in bands that covered Wish You Were Here and Drive and I always liked playing/singing Drive on acoustic.

Make Yourself is in my top 10 albums ever. Science is great too. i always knew him as a mesa combo dude and PRS, didnt know he used marshalls

He strayed for a little while but think he’s back on the TOVs. Feel like I saw something about a Plexi that’s loaded down and only goes to FOH

It's not like they were a studio creation band that couldn't play live.........they had the chops to back it all up.:2thumbsup:
True but the DJ’s scratchy scratchy sounds negate the whole package, rendering it unlistenable for me.

They were definitely different melding all those styles together, I gotta give them kudos for that at the very least.

I still think the guitar tones are killer, DJ dudes or not.......

this is 12 years old but i think hes still using this rig. they are one band i just never got around to seeing

much like Deftones, i never even really paid attention to them having a "DJ". i honestly forgot Incubus even had one.

Yeah when I saw them last year he was back with 2 Tremoverb 2x12 combos, I believe they’re modded
Great band, great tones
