Look at the entry level tech jobs in your country; banking and government seem to be where the tech jobs. Make a list of the skills / role requirements, then spend time doing introductory level reading or courses, Python, database administration, database programming, data analytics (this is a big area for AI today, not sure about the future for human workers here; and cyber security which has many options...
you want to find what's in demand and looking for entry level hires; then look at what you have interest and aptitude for. you're looking for what will get you in the door on the quickest and easiest path for you.
