I'm asking those in the know, on this one. What (in your opinion) is the most brutal sounding Bogner head? for metal.

I have a Helios Eclipse. Classic and modded Marshall tones, with variations, and with a real clean.

Very pleased with it.

Seriously I loved my Uber Rev Blue,
But I think the synergy module is the best sounding Bogner yet. I loved it lol

I have a Stone age 4x12 fixed baffle with EVM12L ZAKK Backs in it and was looking for a brutal head to vibe with it so, was thinking the UBER with KT 88's. but, wanted to ask around first.

The Uber Ultra 6L6 is one of my favorite amps I own.
So many tones, including the old Uberschall tone.
It's definitely Brutal when it needs to be

Damn. I know from experience just how heavy that cab both must be, and must sound. I have had a bunch of cast frame speakers from both EV, and Fane. Best shit for brutally heavy metal under the sun imo.

I don't have anymore EVM12L's, but do have four alnico EV SRO12's which have become my favorite speaker ever. I also have a pair of SRO15's, but one needs a recone. My Hiwatt spanked it a little too hard one day. 😬

My only Bogner experience was with a brief check out of an EL34 Shiva, which was an amazing sounding amp for sure, but bares no real pertinence to your question.

You enjoying Herbert ?

I've had good luck with getting some pretty heavy sounds out of the Uber Ultra. I also have a 101B, XTC 20th Anniversary, and Helios. They're all great but the Uber Ultra is the most brutal of them. Haven't directly compared the UU with previous Ubers though. Here's two Uber Ultra EL34 clips, guitar straight in.

I got a shootout on here, not trying to spam my shit. Just trying to help. Cheers.

My results were pretty much the UU is more scooped and brutal sounding capable of bigger low end. The old Ubers are aggressive and gnarly, but aren’t capable of being as brutal as the ultra.
