I'm doing ok. I been working hard on promoting a record I just released and have a rehearsal tomorrow so just laboring on labor day weekend. How about you? What's good?

If you can maintain a democratic decision-making process long-term it's the way to go.

Singers and lead guitarists, especially the former, are the most-likely cock-blockers. If you can keep them under-control, all should be good.
