There is no such thing. Congress makes Laws not Pam.
It takes 2/3thrds majority in Congress to ratify the US Constitution and seeing how they cant even pass a budget or fund the Gov't not going to happen.
another dRump crack-pipe fantasy.
You might be shocked that I agree with you. However, you clearly don't apply this same, absolutely correct protocol for amending the constitution to the amendment that came after this one. And since we're on the subject you didn't seem to have a problem with it when the democrats did it. Multiple times. Against multiple enumerated rights. Fucko.

Anyone here ever accuse another man of recording him in the bathroom and then it's all smiles and handshakes after?

WTF!?!?!?View attachment 417283
I can't help but put words in Bibi's mouth, holding out his hand and saying "you should have seen the pile of shit this guy left" as Boris chuckles in semi-embarrassment.

The Constitution is a moving mythical target, I say this as people quote it, ignore it, lean on it, denounce it and so on.

The Supreme court many times over certainly doesn't administer what it calls impartial justice aligned with the Constitution.

Whenever I hear it spoken about I simply laugh to myself as some jackass is once again exploiting it in some way or another to suit their needs.

As they say, it ain't worth the paper it's printed on in the modern world.
And freedom of speech / hate speech will be interpreted by the party in power, not the constitution or any other source and will be vastly different, depending on that.

This is kind of old news. Bondi already caught hell for those comments. She tried to clarify the "hate speech" in a follow up tweet saying something along the line of she meant if you say you'll kill someone they'll take it seriously. While most of her tweet was on point she still fucked things up and called it hate speech again. And yet again she caught hell for it. I think she went ahead and dropped it after that before she dug her hole any deeper.

Dan's actually right on this. Any stupid law stopping people from criticizing Israel or Palestine, or whatever, would be shot down quickly by the Supreme Court.
No one said he wasn't. But he's nothing but a shithead troll that is too afraid to have conversation so he puts everyone on ignore like the pussboy he is. Therefore, fucking with him is all that is warranted.
