Any foreigner entering the US needs some type of visa and the only way they obtain that is through a US Customs Border Protection program called ESTA (since the early 2000s) and it does cost money for each individual. The ESTA program cost several billion to develop (and ongoing) and it pretty much, where possible, has every individual's details on the planet in it for referencing when applying for a visa type.

If anyone enters the US with no record in ESTA of obtaining said visa they are immediately deported with no trial or anything else. It has nothing to do with Trump being a dictator as it's been in place for a few administrations well before Trump. If a consulate General issues a visa type it is still recorded in ESTA.

So, for those arrogant know nothing individuals you can now see what the fuck is really in place and what's going on.

I’m also not against deportation. I respect the constitution that says they have a right to a trial before deportation.
