Congrats sandman. I think that'll definitely let you get your neo soul groove on! Bet it plays like warm butter too. I played a fellow musician's CS sunburst and swore it had 9's then I axed him and he tells me "no, 11's". I thought he was playing with me cause it felt like rubber bands.

I found a new guitar today at GC, a beautiful highly resonant red 335, but since I was about 3600 bucks short I just played it for a while and left with a few patch cables. :LOL:

Pretty sure these are 9’s on this guitar but it may need 10’s. Its pretty slinky also. And thise 335’s are amazing but yes pricey!

I always ran 11's on my strats cause I had breakage issues with anything less. People would always say "u nEEd gRafTekK sAddLeS" so I put them on one of my strats and the high E still broke except now it sounded like a plinky piece of crap, lol
