Anyplace they can buy into tax shelter, or at least, someplace not taxing them at 90 percent. These people already have teams of accountants working 5 days a week to find ways to avoid taxes.

It ain't that easy. US and A used to have the highest tax bracket over 90%, back when, you know, it was Great.

The top US income tax rate reached above 90% from 1944 through 1963, peaking in 1944, when top taxpayers paid an income tax rate of 94% on their taxable income. Starting in 1964, a period of income tax rate decline began, ending in 1987.

So. It's this easy. You don't get to hide your profits overseas. We fund the IRS to go after rich people, not common folk. (Every dollar invested pays off hundredfold)...

I get exactly what you are coming from on this but originally there were ZERO income taxes in this country. I think perhaps going back to just sales taxes, as our nation was designed around, and fostering an atmosphere of commerce, could benefit everyone.

That only works if you have an actual free market, which has never really existed. Money= power, and billionaires have the power if ypu allow them to.
