Are our rigs proportionate to our talent?

No it’s not. In my case anyway. But I also don’t have near the expensive gear a lot of the guys here have.

Same here, my gear collection is absolutely pedestrian compared to most RTers

If I spent as much time clawing for income as I do woodshedding endlessly to try to outshred and outriff everyone, I'm sure I could change the ratio

But that's the Senator Palpatine level irony, good gear is wasted on those who can afford it

My hand truck is far more expensive than what I need it for, but yolo. I used to dream of carting two fridges - two trucks at once, up steps, like Michelangelobatio's National Removals INC, but that was when I was young and naive. Now I'm just happy with some solid Nu-rubber wheels and a TIG-welded frame with some tasteful relicing. Ratchet straps are for folks with neck tattoos and anime girl looks.

peasants.

This sounds suspiciously close to something your best friend Reza once said. And besides, fairly sure you have had more high end gear than most of Rig-talk.

I mean in quantity, not quality - i've had a ton of nice stuff, 1-2 amps at a time

I'm talking about the people who can afford walls of stuff - generally to be able to afford walls of nice stuff, you aren't gonna have time to work on your guitar playing

spent a long time searching for the gear that i felt was best for me. Now I need to learn to play
Dude . You always dumb shit like they lol
You got some killer riffs . Just make some songs now . You good to go . You have a unique half stack . Killer and original . But I’d say blend it one other head just to go next level . The 90s recto coming to you ?

I got lucky . At one point in the 2000s I had like 80 students . I found a nich thay worked for years . That’s how I got my wall. But the business closed . So those days are over

I could never do the wall of amps. I would pick my favorite two and send the rest packing. But there are a few bastards here that actually play all their amps. @RedB4Black and @Techdeth

I have tried talking Matt into thinning the heard, but guy genuinely enjoys playing them all

Problem is, i think of buying another amp and doing stereo after trying it at matt's house. But i barely play the shit i have now. Everyonce in a while I hear something in my head and go to make it into a song. But lately, i hear it and just ignore it..
