What does this mean?

When I change channels my vh4 makes a loud clicking noise.Mainly on channel 3&4.Any ideas to fix this issue.

First remove the effects in the loop

It’s not doing it now after removing my effect from the channel 3 insert.What does that mean?Bad preamp tube?

Your effect unit is decharging. It´s not the amp. Try another effect unit.
