"Brain Drain" is the working title of this track. I took my PRS Archon 25 amp out of storage for this. It works, so great.

This was recorded with a cellphone, but I put the audio through some plugins in Cubase. Anyway, I hope the riffage interests you more than the tone. Guitar is a Mayones Regius Core 6.

I've had a few Duvells, and they are really great guitars! I didn't keep them because I am more of a V guy on stage, and at home I play my custom strat 90% of the time, and having a few $4k+ guitars that weren't getting used much didn't make sense. But yeah, awesome guitars! The Archon is great, too! I had an old 100 watt, but I keep seeing a newer 50 at GC locally for about $700. Very tempting haha.

I love V guitars too. Had a chance to get a Vidius, but other priorities scuttled that option.

I have an E-II Mille Petrozza MK-I though. It's a phenomenal instrument. Hoping to pony up for a full-fledged ESP signature series or custom shop model someday soon.

I find V guitars much easier to play than regular Les Paul or Strat or Superstrats. I also adjusted to playing it while sitting down. Could it be that there's less contact between my arm and the body and that helps with riffage?

Nice!

Sitting and playing a V puts the bridge a more ideal position, I think. When I play strats for too long, my right shoulder starts to wear out. But not so with Vs.

Here is my current collection.
