I don't think anyone could name a specific area of the US that has been enhanced (made better) by a large influx of African or middle-east immigrants. It just doesn't work that way.

Not recently, anyways. Used to be that certain groups would be in certain neighborhoods and everything was fine. But not anymore.
Where i grew up, there was a huge Lebanese presence and no problems.
