I've used this stuff for audio and PC gear that doesn't get moved around. https://www.cabletiesandmore.com/black-wire-loom-tubing You can find this on Amazon in different colors as well.
Crank those cabs up in another room to eliminate that possibility. Is there drums, or any other points for vibration etc.? An earlier post mentions a screw through the center of the rear panel into the sound post, do your cabs have these screws? I have a pair of 1960ax cabs, one left Marshall...
Unfortunately no. About 20 years ago I traded it for a 100 watt Jubilee (which I still have). It was cool, black diamond plate/chrome chassis, wish I had kept it! I replaced it with an SLO a few years later.
Yeah, I did like it, not sure how I would react to it today...? Most people I knew were using rack gear at that time, MP1's etc. The Ampeg was cool in that it helped me have a unique tone, I ran it straight to PA right out of the onboard D.I. I do remember seeing a guy with the 2x12 combo...
Ironically, I bought one of these to replace a problematic Laney AOR and also had a lemon Marshall before that, figured SS was the way to go. I got about 4 maybe 5 years out of it and it let the smoke out. I replaced it with a Recto (which turned out to be a pre-500).
What exactly does the "kitchen sink" mod entail? I have a modded '76 Super Lead (cascaded inputs, MV and EL34 conversion) I would like to have "corrected" with some proper mods.
...Those Friedman clips sound killer!
